Cayley Spivey is an LGBTQ+ alt pop artist based in LA. They began their career performing under a project known as Small Talks, recording and touring as a three-piece band. Under the Small Talks name, Spivey released the EP 'Until It Turns to Petals' in 2017. The project's first full-length studio album 'A Conversation Between Us' was released on February 1, 2019, via Common Ground Records.

In August 2020, Spivey announced they would be releasing new music full time under their own name and retiring the Small Talks moniker. In conjunction with that announcement, Spivey released "SFU", their first single using their given name. Since then, Cayley released their debut EP 'Bad For Each Other’ in July of 2021, which included three more additional new singles, and will be releasing their second EP ‘HER’ on October 27th of 2023 via UnderCurrent. The new EP features Cayley’s latest hit tracks, including “Backseat Boyfriend”, “ILY”, and “Movies”.
